Today we are offering you a dish that is easy to prepare and extremely delicate: carpaccio of champignon mushrooms, perfect when combined with an equally elegant and delicate wine such as our Classic Bardolino.
There are only a few steps and they are very simple:
- Wash and dry the mushrooms
- Cut them into thin slices of about 2 mm
- Arrange them on a serving dish and season with salt, pepper, Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil and shavings of Grana Padano DOP
